Welcome to Nexus AI! By registering an account, creating workspace instances, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the Services

Nexus AI provides a collaborative work tracking and AI-assisted productivity space. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

2. Subscription, Billing, and Fair Use

Our Pro plan is billed on a per-user monthly subscription. AI features are subject to monthly action quotas based on fair use. Accounts exceeding normal usage bounds will be notified to upgrade or throttle actions to prevent system degradation.

3. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time via your settings panel, and you will retain access to your work environments until the end of the billing period.

4. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continuing to use Nexus AI after changes go live constitutes acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
