Workspace Hierarchy
Nexus AI provides isolated environments for teams. All indexed data, embeddings, and context graphs belong strictly to the tenant workspace and are isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) and cryptographic tenant partitioning.
User Roles & Permissions
Nexus AI supports granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
Full control over billing, integrations, data retention policies, team invitations, and audit log exports.
Ability to view team-wide commitment streams, generate handover packages, and manage channel indexing filters.
Access to daily briefs, personal commitment trackers, and organizational memory search within permitted channels.
Channel Whitelisting & Privacy Filters
You can explicitly select which Slack channels, email labels, or shared folders Nexus AI is allowed to index. Sensitive HR, legal, or personal channels can be placed on an exclusion blocklist with a single click.
